#1 What does your role as President involve day to day?

As President of EMINOS GROUP, I am responsible for the company's general management and for ensuring it runs smoothly. In this role, I represent the company to clients, banking institutions and government administrations.

I sign contracts and ensure the company meets its legal, regulatory and administrative obligations. I oversee all operational activities, coordinate the teams and make sure the responsibilities entrusted to the company are carried out properly.

I approve major expenses, contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and pursuing new clients, and ensure the company's strategic direction is put into practice.

In the interest of transparency and good governance, I keep the other partners regularly informed of the company's financial and operational position, particularly when major decisions or strategic matters call for their input.

#2 What drew you to this field originally?

What attracted me to this field was above all my passion for entrepreneurship and innovation. Creating projects, taking on challenges and delivering concrete solutions have always mattered to me.

The creation of EMINOS GROUP allowed me to turn this passion into reality. Every day brings a new opportunity to learn, innovate and contribute to the company's development. What motivates me most is seeing projects through to success, satisfying our clients and building relationships of trust with our partners.

I also appreciate the diversity of the work, the teamwork and the human connections it brings. Contributing to the company's growth and to creating value is a real source of motivation.

#3 What do you find most rewarding about the work you do?

What I find most rewarding about my job is seeing the concrete results of the efforts of the whole team. There is nothing more satisfying than starting with an idea, turning it into a successful project and seeing that it brings real value to our customers.

I particularly enjoy the challenges that each project presents. They push our teams to innovate, surpass themselves, discover their talents and keep improving. One of my greatest satisfactions is seeing employees develop their skills, grow more independent and contribute fully to the success of the company. It is this drive for continuous improvement, powered by everyone's commitment, that gives real meaning to our work every day.

Beyond the economic results, what motivates me most is the positive impact our work has on our customers, partners and our business environment. Knowing that we contribute to their success while building a strong and sustainable business is a real source of pride.

#4 What is something about your profession that people often misunderstand?

Many think that a company president's role comes down to leading. In reality, it is a position that requires great versatility, a strong sense of responsibility and constant involvement.

On a daily basis, you have to anticipate challenges, make decisions that are sometimes complex or even unpopular, while staying focused on the company's objectives. It is also essential to find the right balance between customer expectations, the well-being of employees and the company's economic challenges.

Being president also means listening, supporting teams, establishing a climate of trust and setting an example through your commitment and behaviour. It is a demanding role, but deeply rewarding, because it allows you to bring talent together around a common vision and contribute to the development of the company.

#5 Is there a piece of advice or a principle that has stayed with you throughout your career?

The principle that has always guided me is to remain humble and listen. I believe that you learn a great deal from others, from their experience and their perspectives.

This openness allows me to question my own certainties and move forward with discernment, even in the most complex situations.

In addition, there are two values that are particularly dear to me: rigour and respect for one's word. For me, a leader must be reliable, assume his commitments and be consistent between what he says and what he does. These are the principles that guide my actions on a daily basis and that I believe are essential to building a strong and sustainable business.
